Here you find answers to some of the questions we get from our customers.  If you don't find answer to your question below, don't hesitate to contact us here.

Q.  Can I shop from the United States?
A.  YES, we provide World Wide Shipping.  Our US costumers can, like any other, shop and pay with EURO (€).  In checkout you choose either to pay with your credit card or via PayPal.  Your bank or PayPal will automatically convert your money to Euro (€) when paying us.  Use our currency converter in the upper right side of the home page to view products in USD ($). Also you can find currency converter here.  More informartion in Q&A below.


Q.  What payment options do I have?
A.  Payment with credit card or with PayPal are the most common.  In the checkout process you choose your payment method and after confirming your order you will be transferred to a secure site of your choice to finish payment.  When payment is complete your order will be confirmed.  It is also possible to transfer money direct with bank transfer (see next Q below).  General information about credit card payment and security is here.


Q.  What do I do if I want to transfer money for the order?
A.  If you don't have a credit card you can easily transfer money to us. 
Just make a regular order through our store cart and checkout, fill in your address information, select shipping method and in step 3 you select "PayPal" payment.  On next page (step 4) you make a note in the text box about the bank transfer and then you confirm your order, without completing the "PayPal" form on last page (after the Confirm page).  Now we have your order on "Pending" until you have finished the money transfer from your local bank.  When the money transfer is complete the order will get "Confirmed" and we ship the products to you.

Please note
that bank transfer fee (4€) (swift cost) is to be paid by the customer. The total amount of products and shipping cost will be on the order receipt (in Euros) and you must add 4 EUR to the total price on your invoice receipt when paying the bank transfer.

It usually takes about 4-7 days for the payment to process and the order to ship.


Q.  What is the exchange rate of Euro?
A.  All prices in our online store are in Euros (€).  You can easily find the approximate amount in your local currency here.
Few examples (approx.): 1 EUR (€) = 1.33 USD ($) = 1.36 CAD = 0.85 GBP = 7.43 DKK   (DEC 2011)

New:  You can also use the currency converter in the upper right section in our store.  There you can change the currency to USD, but please note that the checkout process is always in Euro.


Q.  Do you ship globally?
A.  Yes, we provide world wide shipping.  See general shipping information and shipping cost estimator here.  Final shipping cost can be seen in the checkout process before confirming the order.


 Q.  Is it possible to order and pay by telephone?
 A.  No, sorry, we can not accept credit card information by telephone.  In case you want to order with us, the only method to do that is in our online store.

Q.  Can you assist me in the registration process?
A.  Yes, of course.  Before you order first time you need to register as a new user.
