Shipping information
Most orders with Shopicelandic.is are gathered and shipped within 24 hours, but with some items can take 2-3 days. Estimated process time is stated below every product. Products are only processed and shipped on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Iceland). Shipping time is depending on your choose of shipping method. We offer three different shipping methods:

1.  Airmail – Post A (Iceland Post, Par Avion).  Most popular method.
2.  Economy – Post B (Iceland Post, Par Bateau).  Slower and cheaper.
3.  TNT Express Service.  Fast, but more expensive.
4. Business parcels. (Denmark only, more country´s coming soon).  Available are tracking of item, customs process and home delivery in the destination country.  In Sweden and Denmark the receiver has to have an account with the postal company in order to pay possible duties and receive home delivery.  More info about business parcels.

General Shipping Information
Orders shipped with Iceland Post are subject to their terms and conditions (www.postur.is). Price for shipping is in relative with total weight of ordered product(s) and choice of shipping method. Shipping and handling cost is added to products price. Orders shipped with TNT Express orders are door to door service (business hours only). TNT Express cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO.

Estimated shipping time for your exact location can be found at Iceland Post website (Airmail and Economy only).  Shopicelandic.is can not take responsibility for orders delayed during shipping due to weather, flights cancellations, customs inspections and other similar reasons.

Most often when people don't get their orders within the estimated delivery time they have been stopped in customs office.  Then contact your local post office and check if they have your package on file, waiting there or in customs.

Exact shipping and handling price is displayed to costumers during checkout, before confirming the order. Shipping Price Estimator chart and Estimated Delivery Time chart are displayed below.

Shopicelandic.is ships to most countries in the world. If no choices of Shipping Methods are displayed during checkout, please contact Shopicelandic.is sales office.

Some products may need more process time than stated above due to their production time. If so, we will notify you about any delays.

Shopicelandic.is will never give or sell any personal information about its costumers to any unaffiliated third parties, persons or companies (unless court ordered).

Customs and Taxes
Laws about shipping, goods, taxes and customs are different in each country. It is costumers responsibility to check with local Customs Office to verify whether it permits the shipment of the products to your country. All taxes (Tariff, VAT, Customs Charge or other) are NOT included in our prices and is to be paid by buyer. Customers should always check with its local Customs Office for further information.

Return Policy
Costumers have a 30 days money back guarantee if not satisfied with the merchandise. Products must be returned within 30 days from receiving the package and must include the receipt. We will then credit back the full amount of the purchase. Products may only be returned in original condition with tags intact. Returns of used, worn or laundered products are NOT accepted in returns. Return shipping fees are not refundable.

If products where damaged during shipping, please leave them in original package or wrappings and contact Shopicelandic office via email. When returning an order, first contact returns.

Shipped orders that are for some reason not picked up at the destination post office, or if the buyer enters wrong address information and the order is returned back to us, are refunded except for the shipping cost, when the order arrives back to our office in Iceland.

Easter Eggs
We will pack Easter eggs in the best way we can. However we cannot guaranty that the eggs won't break during shipping.  Shopicelandic ehf. is not liable for Easter eggs that break during shipping.

Shipping within Iceland
When shipping within Iceland a VAT of 25,5% will be added to products price. Customers in Iceland cannot use Shopicelandic.is Cart and Checkout. If located within Iceland, please contact Shopicelandic.is sales office with your enquiries or phone +354-618-8501.
